WELCOME TO ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR FALL 2019 Season

 

**REGISTRATION WILL BE OPEN FROM MARCH 15, 2019 UNTIL JULY 10, 2019**

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFORMATION BEFORE BEGINNING

Registering online is easy and quick!

Failure to upload all Documents will result in delayed registration!

Just follow these simple steps:



1. START BY CLICKING “MEMBER LOGIN:”

•If your child played for CHSC in 2018 or a different CVYSL club, you should already have an account. If you don't remember your password, click " Forgot Password" If you don't remember your Username & Password, please contact the registrar Via EMAIL with your childs FULL LEGAL NAME, DATE OF BIRTH, YOUR FULL NAME AND CONTACT INFORMATION. Please allow 48-72 hours for a response. The Registrar will reset your account and contact you with further instructions.


• If you are a new Coach and/or Parent, you will need to create an account first.


• Once you get a temporary password, login and change your password


• Click on "Register Now"


- Player Registration - Choose "2019-2020 Fall" register now


- Coach Registration - Choose "2019-2020 Coaches" register now

2. COMPLETE PARENT INFORMATION:
After you create your new member account, you'll need to fill out the parent/guardian form with your family information. All information needs to be filled in, Parent 1 will receive all the information. Our system does not send emails to Parent 2. You may give your coach additional contact information so multiple Parents can be contacted.

3. COMPLETE PLAYER REGISTRATION:
Choose the age group for your player, then fill out the player information (Players name must match what is on the players certified birth certificate.) After you fill out the player form and click Next, you'll be asked if you want to add more players or to finish registration and pay. For the sibling discount, you must register all players at once. 


***NOTE: ALL PLAYERS ARE REQUIRED TO UPLOAD A  CURRENT PHOTO. THE PHOTO NEEDS TO HAVE BEEN TAKEN WITHIN THE LAST 6 MONTHS,HEAD SHOT ONLY AND IN COLOR. NEW PLAYERS (ANY PLAYER WHO DID NOT PLAY IN  2018) ARE REQUIRED TO UPLOAD A CERTIFIED COPY OF THE PLAYERS BIRTH CERTIFICATE. PHOTO OF THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE MUST BE CLEAR OR IT WILL BE REJECTED. FAILURE TO COMPLETE THESE ITEMS BEFORE PAYMENT WILL RESULT IN DELAYED REGISTRATION AND/OR DELAYED TEAM PLACMENT. IF YOU ARE REQUESTING A CERTAIN TEAM OR COACH AND DO NOT HAVE THESE ITEMS UPLOADED, YOUR REQUEST WILL NOT BE HONORED***

***NOTE: If you are uploading photos from a mobile device, please crop the photo before trying to upload. If you are still having technical issues, you can email your players photo and copy of the birth certificate to the registrar at registrar@chsoccer.org. In the subject line please put your players FULL NAME and then the words REGISTRATION PHOTO AND BC ( Failure to address the email correctly will result in delayed registration.)***



4. CHOOSE YOUR PAYMENT:
After you've filled in your parent and player information, you'll see your total fees and can choose to pay by debit or credit card. Please contact the registrar for other payment arrangements at registrar@chsoccer.org. CHSC offers sponsorships, please contact the Registrar Via Email for further details.

TRANSFER OF PLAYERS & REFUNDS


Teams are established based upon player requests, at the time of registration, or, if none indicated, by the Registrar's final decision. If a transfer of player is deemed necessary, it is done only with the permission of the Registrar and the Board. An additional $30.00 fee will be charged to the parent for moves after players are assigned teams and practices have started.. Coaches CANNOT trade players. Moving one player requires re-balancing of the teams involved and may disrupt the team's unity if done after practice or the season begins. In general, we cannot move a player to another team "just because". If for whatever reason, your child cannot play and practice with their assigned team, you may request a refund.There is a $35 Non-Refundable Processing Fee if the player decides not to play after registering. There will be NO REFUNDS given on any requests made on or after August 1st, 2019.  For refunds, please email CHSC registrar at registrar@chsoccer.org
